SPE is proud of its workforce, we have always had a sound training policy and have had trainees and apprentices attending college every year for the last fifteen years. We feel we reap the benefits of this policy when our trainees and apprentices qualify and take their place as part of our well trained workforce.

In recent times we have explored various technologies whilst maintaining a strong turnover of our core business. With each new technology comes the training and investment required to offer the same high standard of service. We believe that by ensuring good training we can maintain the level of competence expected in domestic and commercial electrical work, PV installation, voltage optimisation and energy management.

Unlike many other companies in our industry we still take on apprentices and believe that the only way to ensure good standards is to train employees in the good working practices our clients have come to expect.
